Valerie Herman

Valerie Herman is a licensed Realtor and the Business Manger of the Joy Freeman team at Windermere Real Estate/Wall Street, Inc. in downtown Seattle, Washington. Valerie has been a Realtor since 1995 and her previous experience as an educator, counselor, and small business consultant has proven invaluable to clients. Valerie has a Masters Degree in Education, and a BA degree in Sociology and History.

Valerie specializes in marketing, transaction, and closing coordination. Her number one priority is creating and implementing systems that make the entire buying and selling process for you…the buyer and seller…as smooth and stress-free as possible.
