Making an Offer

When you are ready to make an offer, your Realtor can help you determine if the property will have resale value when you are ready to sell. You Realtor can provide you with local school information and generally help you by providing objective information and referring you to resource people who can help you find just about any information you want.

Your Realtor will help you decide on a price, a time line for closing, dates for inspection of both neighborhood and property, repairs, and inclusion or exclusion of equipment and furnishings.

Your Agent will present your offer and negotiate the terms for you. You will be protected and not bound to complete the purchase until all your investigations and inspections have been completed within the time frame agreed upon.
