Once your property is actively on the market, your agent will follow up after showings and give you regular feedback. If necessary, based on this feedback, you may need to make some adjustments.

The first ten days are crucial. If the feedback from prospective buyers and agents is saying that the price is too high, you must lower the price immediately or you will be helping your competition to sell by using your house as a comparison.

Generally, if you have paid careful attention to the market analysis and conditions that your Agent presented to you in the beginning, you will have priced your house correctly and this won't be an issue.
